If she isn't chatting about it on her talk show, then she's exploring it in her new design show or else she & her wife, Portia, are being flaunted across headlines all over the media for their latest purchase or sale! Ms. DeGeneres not only loves buying real estate, she loves fixing up and selling real estate too -- often at a very pretty profit. A couple of cases in point being the sale of a Holmby Hills home she purchased for $39,888,000 and turned around & flipped 6-months later for $55,000,000! Or another quickie deal for Brad Pitt's Malibu bachelor pad which Ellen picked-up for $12m and turned around and sold it for $13m almost immediately.
