July 2017 MLS sales down by over 40% year-over-year:
- i. Average selling price for all home types up by 5%;
- ii. New listings rose by 5.1%; and,
- iii. Active listings up significantly!
Results should benefit Buyers with more choice in the market, at least for the short term.
